What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is about being fully aware of whatever is happening in the present moment, without judgment of ourselves, or

others. Mindfulness consists of increasing awareness of our thoughts and senses, and thereby living in the here

and now. Being mindful increases involvement  with the present moment and allows for a clearer understanding of how thoughts and emotions can impact our health and quality of life.
